A plain-English overview of the once-daily capsule, what it actually is versus how it’s marketed, and who it’s for.
Lungora is a once-daily capsule (30 per bottle) sold as a “Lung Cleanse Formula” for respiratory wellness, aimed largely at adults over 50. On the label it’s a blend of six ingredients: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher’s broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. It’s sold through the official manufacturer website.
The marketing leans on “support your lungs,” a “cleanse” theme, a 60-day guarantee, and the fact that all six ingredients are named — which is a genuine plus over hidden proprietary blends.
No supplement cleanses or detoxes the lungs. Healthy lungs clear themselves through cilia, mucus and immune cells. The “lung cleanse” framing is marketing language, not a proven mechanism.
It is not a drug and not a treatment for asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections or any respiratory condition. Breathing symptoms can signal issues that need a doctor — a supplement is not a substitute for that.
